		<description>While the crossing guards are a great addition, I&#039;d like to see fines for failing to stop for a pedestrian. 

The last time I was in Bangor, Maine I noticed these notices everywhere in the middle of the streets and it was something people strongly respected/didn&#039;t abuse.</description>
