    That is going to look sweet. Makes one wonder why the original facade was ever covered in the first place. It’s encouraging to see the city moving in the right direction with regards to re vitalizing the downtown.

    Almost there. The lower half is fantastic. Bravo to the developer for releasing the true heritage of the building. The upper floors, the new addition, makes me wonder if the building attacked by flying cubists who dropped their mothership on this unsuspecting heritage building.

    In spite of the criticism, MUCH better than what was there.

    on the topic of development, what do you here about the NW cornor of the Peter Pan intersection, in front of the DeBlois Brothers Building, and Plaza Atlantic. On Monday afternoon there was 2 different companies in there doing GPS survey work and drilling test holes. Is this A new retail development or an existing store building new?
