I often wish that space had been left as a rail yard. One storm surge flooding the first floor and those condo owners will be crying for the taxpayer to bail them out of this mistake.

Mike, I think you’re talking about the hotel, not the condos… but yes, the old facade will remain and the hotel will build up behind it.
