		<description>No, separate properties involved here. The Yacht Club has put the move on hold for the time being as the buyer of the property at their current location backed out and canceled his development plans (plans which never even made it to the formal planning stage). 

Also, council has not &quot;just approved a condominium project&quot;. A spa/hotel/condo project was approved a few years ago based on the Waterfront Development Area plan, but the new plan is significantly different and must go to a public meeting and back to council for a vote before it&#039;s approved.</description>
