Once I convinced my young daughter and a friend to go to the Legislature. I was working there and I wanted them to see how it worked. I asked our MLA to recongnize them before question period, which is often done. The MLA mangled both their names and then laughed about it. They were embarassed and I was mad and I never voted for the MLA again. I know it sounds petty - but there you go. This is SO right.
